Returns & RefundsOUR RETURNS POLICY. Defective (faulty) items can be returned within 15 days of a defect/s being discovered. However, after 15 days (starting from date of purchase) items will no longer be refundable. Please note:evidence of the defect must be provided as soon as any defects are found. Evidence can include but is not limited to: images, videos, and total compliance with the instructions for use of said item/s. You have the option to ask for the replacement of a defective item and a replacement in this case will be dependant on stock availability. If the item is not available then once we have received the defective item, you will be offered a gift code which you can use to purchase an item/s which are of the same value (price) as the original item purchased. Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused. Makeup products, earring jewellery, beauty products, accessories, weaves, and swimwear cannot be returned due to health and hygiene safety precautions. All returned items must still have all tags attached and intact. Please note: refunds will always be sent via the original payment method you used to pay for your purchase on our website. We reserve the right to refuse returns as well as not proceed with refunds on item[s]/product[s] that have been soiled, stained, laundered, worn, adapted, or altered in any way. This includes, makeup stains, removed/tampered with labels, deodorant stains, bodily fluids, and perfume stains. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM/S? On average a return should be completed within 15-25 working days starting from the day we receive your parcel. However, the timing in which your refund is processed will ultimately depend on the delivery company/system that you use to return your parcels. Please check your chosen delivery couriers' website for more information. When returning an item: Simply re-package the item in itsoriginalpackaging with all labels and tags fully attached and intact. Use a white stick-on label and write down our P.O Box address (this can be found on our contact us page) and drop it off at your local post office or courier. Once we receive the package you will receive an email confirmation stating proof of return. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN? If you are not refunded after 31 days of returning the item/s, please do not hesitate to contact us with the refund confirmation email we sent you, proof of postage information (tracking numbers, receipts, etc) some of which can be found on your Post Office/Courier website or receipt. Once we receive all required information, we will investigate the situation and aim to promptly find a resolution. HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM? Items must be returned with their labels fully intact and attached. In addition, items must be returned in the original packaging you received them in. You can return unsuitable items within 15 days starting from the day of purchase. CAN I TRACK MY RETURN? Yes, as soon as your refund has been processed, you will receive an email verifying this. Please be aware it can take anywhere between 3-6 working days for the payment to show in your account. However, this is dependant on and subject to your card issuer, payment provider, or Banks's rules and regulations. DO YOU REFUND THE DELIVERY CHARGE? Sadly, we are unable to refund any shipping charges or postage charges on international items/orders except for defective items. In this case, the amount in which we refund is subject to various factors including the item/s being returned and the country in which it was posted from. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM? You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice as long as the item is the same price or less as the original item you purchased. Please be aware that for health and safety reasons, items such as cosmetics, weaves, earrings, and lashes cannot be exchanged unless there is proof of defectiveness (photos, videos, etc) taken and sent within the first 7 days of the item/s being received. An item can only be exchanged if there is proof of default in the original item that was sent you which includes but is not limited to pictures and videos.

OrdersWILL YOU SEND A CONFIRMATION EMAIL ONCE I'VE PURCHASED MY ORDER? You will be sent a confirmation email within 24 hours after purchasing your order. Add our email sheboujee@hotmail.com to your mailing list to avoid your confirmation email ending up in the spam or junk folder. If you do not get your confirmation email within 48hrs of your purchase, then please contact us at sheboujee@hotmail.com and we will aim to resolve this for you. HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED? Step 1: When you have completed your purchase, you will shortly see a purchase confirmation message. Step 2: Your purchase/confirmation number (keep this safe!) will be emailed to you, this can take up to 24hrs to arrive. Step 3: Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive a second email confirming that your package is en-route to you! WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? Here at She Boujee, we accept the following payment methods: Visa Debit Visa Paypal MasterCard Shopping with us is safe & secure. Sensitive information, including: your name, address, and debit/credit card details will not be shared. HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS OUT FOR DELIVERY? Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive a second email confirming that your package is en-route to you! IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ADDRESS? Sadly, once you've placed your order it is not possible to change any of your details, as the technical & warehouse team will have already started putting together your order[s]. IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO? Firstly, we apologise if you've received a defective or faulty product. Please do not hesitate to email us at sheboujee@hotmail.com with your order number, the name of the product[s] you were supposed to receive, the price of the product, and a photo of the incorrect or faulty product. HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY PAYMENT HAS NOT GONE THROUGH? If your payment is unsuccessful, you will be notified by our site shortly after trying to make said purchase. However, please do not worry as we will not charge you for any payment which is unsuccessful. WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER? Here at She Boujee we pride ourselves on doing everything we can to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. Therefore, we begin processing your order as soon as our system confirms it. Unfortunately, this means that when you have purchased your product[s], you will be unable to cancel it. WHAT IF DON'T RECEIVE PART OF MY ORDER? We sincerely apologise for any delays and we are sorry to hear that you have not yet received a part of your order. If part of your order is missing, please check the following: Any emails you've received sent from us, if your order is being sent in more than one part then the first email we send you will only include some of the products you ordered as well as their order/tracking number[s]. You will then receive a second email confirming the dispatch of your other order[s] which will come with their own unique order/tracking number[s]. If any items are absent from your order, let us know at sheboujee@hotmail.com. Please include the correct order/tracking number[s] and list the exact name[s] of the product[s] absent as well as the day you received the package. Your receipt & invoice will be included in your purchase confirmation email, this will show the product[s] you should have received in your current package.

How often do you restock?Here at She Boujee we will always do our best to ensure that our most popular products are restocked within 15-30 days. However, please note that this may not always be possible. You can check out our other Boujee products as we are sure you'll find something you'll love!

Can I exchange an item?You can exchange an item if the original product you receive is defected. However, we will only be able to exchange your product for the exact same item. Please note, exchanges are subject to availability and we can not guarantee that your original product will still be in stock. If the former is the case, we will refund you the monies for the product you wish to exchange (after proof of defect) and once we receive the defected item.

Shipping PolicyDelivery Times Your package may be delivered anytime between 7am and 9pm. However, please check for further confirmation on the courier/delivery website. Customs If your country charges customs duties and taxes for importing goods internationally, you will most likely have to pay this fee once your item[s] have been delivered. Please do not share ANY banking, or payment details over the phone as our courier company will never ask you for this sensitive information via phone. My Shipping Address If you wish, you can have your package delivered to an address that is different from your billing address. However, this address needs to be typed in during the time of purchase. Please remember, we will post your package to the address that is put into 'shipping address' section at checkout. Delivery Disputes If you want to dispute delivery of your order, you have 14 days which will start from the day that the status for you order is updated by the delivery company/courier as fulfilled or completed. We will request substantial evidence, before we can agree to issue any refund of the price paid and/or any associated delivery costs.
